The South Central Career Center has announced the spring Community Education classes.

Culinary – Olden St. Campus

Wednesday evenings 5-7 PM for 4 weeks.
Cost is $45 each session, $180, or if you register for all four, you get them for the price of three. Class size is limited to 12.

Introduction to PhotoShop – Olden St. Campus

Class will cover basic setup and functions of Photoshop. Introduction to image editing and color correction, file formats and their specific advantages will be covered.

Join us for this hands-on workshop focusing on homeownership to help you protect your investment. Learn how to care for and maintain your home. Interactive projects will be based on participants needs.

Class will be held on site at: 12817 St Rt JJ, West Plains
Interactive class designed as a first time horse experience. Learn the basics of horse handling and safety, including anticipated costs of ownership. .
Sewing Basics 101 – March 23 8:00-12:00 $45
Instructor: CC 1 Olden St.
Learn the basics of sewing or refresh your skills to create projects for the home unique gifts or clothing. Learn about fabric and pattern selection, layout, construction methods, and how to understand and safely use a sewing machine.

Deco Mesh can be used to decorate for a minimum cost. Class will explore the different uses for Deco Mesh and create a wreath for any season or event. Supply list will be provide upon registration. Cost of supplies will be $15-30 depending on the design you select.
