The fourth, fifth and sixth graders at South Fork Elementary took part in the annual "MAP Boot Camp" on April 22nd in preparation for MAP testing. The students participated in relay races, scavenger hunts and brain teasers. This one day event features questions for preparation of both math and communication arts, while engaging the students in physical activity and a fun event!
West Plains Elementary will host summer school for grades Kindergarten through 6th grade beginning May 28th to June 20th, Monday through Thursday 8:00 - 3:00pm. (January 10, 2013) The employees of Burton Creek Medical Complex recently made a delivery of 193 pairs of shoes to two West Plains School District elementary schools.
